G20 presidency theme: Recover together, recover stronger

INDONESIA – officially the Republic of Indonesia – is the only Southeast Asian country member of G20 or Group of Twenty, a bloc composed of the world's largest economies. It holds the G20 presidency this year until November 30, 2022.

Set up by developed and developing countries in 1999 to find solutions to the global financial crisis, over the international community's disappointment to the problems of the global economy at that time, G20 is composed of the European Union (EU), Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States.
