NORTH Luzon Expressway (NLEx) Corp. announced that the P150 million worth of road raising project aimed at mitigating the risk of flooding in a 640-meter stretch of Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) Dinalupihan is now halfway through and expected to be completed within the third quarter of the year.
"We are always on the lookout for solutions that can help improve the reliability and safety of our roads and other structures. By elevating this portion of SCTEx, motorists can expect to traverse a safer and more accessible route, especially during inclement weather conditions," NLEx Corp. President J. Luigi Bautista said.
