QUEZON City Fourth District Rep. Marvin Rillo filed a resolution seeking an investigation of the controversial no contact apprehension policy (NCAP) now being implemented in five Metro Manila cities.

In his resolution, Rillo requested the House's local government, Metro Manila development and transportation committees to look into the issue.
