BACOLOD CITY: As part of the much-awaited return of this city's Masskara Festival in October, the venues of the festivity will be expanded to include the Capitol-owned Panaad Park and Stadium in Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City.
The site is home to the Panaad sa Negros Festival, Negros Occidental's "festival of all festivals" held in April each year. It took a respite for three years from 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
