DAVAO City Mayor Sebastian Duterte formally opened the Kadayawan Festival 2022 on Monday afternoon, August 15, at the Magsaysay Park in Davao City.
In his speech, the mayor welcomed local and foreign visitors and told them to enjoy the weeklong festivities.
