DBM releases P1.4B in funds for Libreng Sakay program

THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has released P1.4 billion in additional funds for the Libreng Sakay program or Service Contracting Program.

This is in accordance with the directive of President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. to extend the said program on the EDSA Bus Carousel until the end of December.
