DITO interconnectivity 'paramount' – ex-NTC chief

GLOBE Telecom and Smart Communications have 'no reason' to limit interconnection with DITO Telecommunity, a former National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) chief said.

In an interview on ANC, Eliseo Rio weighed in on an ongoing dispute between the three telcos and said that interconnection trumped claims of fraudulent international calls.
