THE Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor) gave hope to the residents of New Bataan on Thursday, August 11, after the agency formally kickstarted the construction of a two-story Multi-Purpose Evacuation (MPEC) facility in the town's Barangay Panag, which the state-run gaming firm funded.
