THE Philippine Army said members of the 90th Infantry Battalion (90IB) were able to "pacify" the rido (clan war) between two warring Moro groups in North Cotabato.
Brig. Gen. Jovencio Gonzales, 602nd Brigade commander, underscored the role of the military, which is committed to restoring stability and normalcy in the area.
