PASIG City Mayor Victor Ma. Regis "Vico" Sotto on Sunday said that he will be limiting his attendance in various events for the coming days after he underwent a knee surgery.
In a Facebook post, Sotto said that he underwent a platelet-rich plasma procedure on his knees.
