Number coding is back

THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will again implement the number coding scheme beginning today, Monday, in preparation for the opening of classes on August 22.

The Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) takes effect from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays except holidays.
