TRADE Secretary Alfredo Pascual lauded the move of Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) to establish a mobility solution company that can help address the country's transportation issues.

'As cities become 'smarter,' new technologies like artificial intelligence, sensors and intelligent systems could be used to build solutions that make mobility more efficient and effective. This is especially true as the mobility ecosystem becomes more digitally connected and shared,' Pascual said at the inauguration of Toyota Mobility Solutions Philippines Inc. (TMSPH) on Friday in Taguig City.
