D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc.'s (DMW) announced its first half net income increased by 56 percent to P1.3 billion in 2022 from P853 million a year ago, boosted by increasing levels of mobility and economic activity in Metro Manila since March.
The company's rental revenues consisting of lease payments from land, building, and other revenues including common use areas and parking fees improved by 14 percent to P1.1 billion in the first six months of 2022 and accounted for 47 percent of total revenues.
