FBI chief slams threats after Mar-a-Lago raid

OMAHA, Nebraska: The director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Wednesday (Thursday in Manila) had strong words for supporters of Donald Trump, who have been using violent rhetoric in the wake of his agency's search of the former United States president's Mar-a-Lago home.

Christopher Wray, whom Trump appointed as the agency's director in 2017, called threats circulating online against federal agents and the US Justice Department 'deplorable and dangerous.'
