(UPDATED) THE Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said that the number coding scheme will be reimposed in the National Capital Region (NCR) starting Monday, August 15, in preparation for the opening of face-to-face classes on August 22.
MMDA Resolution 22-14, series of 2022, states that the Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) will take effect in the NCR from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays except holidays.
