AFTERSHOCKS ranging from magnitude 1.4 to 5.1 continue to be felt in Abra province where the powerful magnitude 7.0 earthquake occurred last July 27, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said on Thursday.
