Bacolod to regulate sidewalk vendors

BACOLOD CITY: The Bacolod City government plans to regulate the close to 1,000 sidewalk vendors in the city.

Councilor Celia Flor, chairwoman of the Sangguniang Panglunsod Committee on Markets and Slaughterhouse, assured that the vendors will not be evicted.
