Paeng Nepomuceno endorses book on Karate for seniors

RAFAEL 'Paeng' Nepomuceno, living bowling legend and six-time World Bowling Champion as well as World and Philippine Hall of Famer, received a complimentary copy of the book, titled 'Karate: Workout for Seniors and Non-seniors at Home during Covid-19,' for his beautiful and wonderful words of wisdom given in the said book.

Nepomuceno was handed a copy by Manny Inserto, the book's author, who also happens to be the past president of the Rotary Club of Bagumbayan-Manila (RCBM), at the Manila Hotel on Aug. 2, 2022.
