Baguio mulls 'congestion fee' for tourists

BAGUIO CITY: First introduced in 2019, a proposed ordinance authored by Councilor Leandro Yangot Jr. has been revived and approved on first reading by the city council here.

The ordinance seeks to impose a congestion fee on tourists who bring their private vehicles to the Summer Capital.
