IT has been two years of fully online or hybrid work setups, caused by necessary lockdowns in response to the pandemic. The disruption has indelibly affected our well-being with regard to the way we approach our work.

In our BS in Applied Corporate Management program, a key learning activity involves a 12-week full-time internship in a company. Students have to fulfill the internship at least three times as part of the degree program's requirements. Our department anticipated that there would be challenges, not only from a competency building perspective but more critically a well-being perspective.
