MEGAWORLD'S trust subsidiary MREIT Inc. (MREIT) registered distributable net income (DNI) amounting to P638 million for the second quarter of 2022 and ended the second quarter of the year with revenue and net income amounting to P893 million and P677 million, respectively.

Occupancy registered a high of 96.5 percent as new contracts continued to be secured during the second quarter. MREIT's board also approved the declaration of dividends amounting to P0.2468 per share, which is 1.6 percent higher than the previous quarter. This brings the company's annualized dividend yield to 6.2 percent.
