THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), in collaboration with the World Bank, is eyeing the development of Sulu province as a major economic and trade hub for Mindanao and the country in general.
DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan disclosed it over the week following a courtesy call at his office by a World Bank team led by Dr. Ndiamé Diop, World Bank country director for Brunei, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand.
