THE proposed 2023 national budget will be submitted to Congress "on time," Malacañang assured the public days before the deadline set by the Constitution.
Speaking to reporters, Press Secretary Rose Beatrix "Trixie" Cruz-Angeles said that the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) will submit its proposal next week.
