Negros kidnapping incidents under investigation

BACOLOD CITY: The Negros Occidental Provincial Police Office (Noppo) conducted a thorough investigation into the alleged kidnapping incidents in the province.

Lt. Judesses Catalogo, Noppo public information officer, assured Negrenses that there is no cause for alarm.
