CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The suspect in the killing of the son of Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando Uy denied the accusation, saying he was incapable of committing the crime.
Edgardo Gaabucayan, 59, of Lala, Lanao del Norte, was charged with two counts of murder for the shooting of Roland Sherwin "Tawee" Uy, son of Mayor Uy, and Samuel Pabalan, 73, at a quarry site in Pagatpat, this city, on Nov. 21, 2021.
