SOME 1,568 clients have availed of subdermal contrceptive implants from the Davao City Population Office as the city intensifies its family planning campaign.

Jerrielyn Lewis, acting chief of City Health Office's (CHO) Population Division, said men in Davao City are now more amenable to birth-control procedures previously seen as "emasculating."
