CSU SEES MORE STUDENTS FOR 1ST SEM

TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: Cagayan State University (CSU) is expecting an increase of enrollees this school year's first semester. In an interview with The Manila Times, Marie Cabanas Cauilan, designated information officer, said that more or less 35,000 students are expected to register by the end of the enrollment period. Based on their previous school year's record, 31,000 students attended blended learning. These numbers are from both undergraduate and graduate schools. Moreover, Cauilan pointed out that the reason behind the increase of enrollees is because of new graduates from senior high school. She said with the expected number of students, CSU will still retain blended learning and will not implement 100 percent, face-to-face classes. 'Blended learning will still continue until we can assure that the health threats are gone. Definitely, face-to-face will be limited. We will still implement modular and online classes,' she added.
