Marcos to local execs: Pursue PPP

(UPDATES) TO bolster the Philippine economy, President Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Marcos Jr. urged local government units (LGUs) to pursue public-private partnership (PPP) in the financing and construction of infrastructure projects.

In his speech during his meeting with members of the League of Cities of the Philippines on Tuesday, Marcos said that local government officials can lead the transformation of the country 'from the bottom up' and contribute to the post-pandemic recovery.
