THE Department of Education (DepEd) introduction of cyber safety modules to e-learning platforms for young Filipino learners is a laudable undertaking that gets support from the Commission on Human Rights (CHR).
In a statement, lawyer Jacqueline Ann de Guia, CHR executive director, said protection of the young from all forms of abuse and exploitation remains to be one of the most important duties of the State.
