SUBIC, ZAMBALES: A driver was killed and his passenger-helper was seriously injured when their truck fell into a ravine here Monday night.
According to the report by investigator SMS Roel Manalo to Subic Police chief Maj. Mark Louie Sigua, the 10-wheeler truck suffered a brake malfunction, causing the driver to lose control of the vehicle which eventually fell into a 10-foot ravine at around 10:30 p.m.
