(UPDATE) WORDS of praise continue to be heaped on former president Fidel V. Ramos.

Novaliches Bishop Emeritus Teodoro Bacani Jr., one of the framers of the 1987 Constitution, said Ramos' participation in the peaceful 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution is one of his most important legacies.
