Congress asked to probe power crisis

CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro: Two lawmakers of the province filed separate resolutions on Monday asking for a congressional inquiry into the power crisis the province is experiencing.

First District Rep. Arnan Panaligan filed a resolution before the Lower House calling for an inquiry on the delayed release of the subsidy from the National Power Corp. (NPC) for the independent power producers in the province.
