CONTROVERSIAL entertainment personality Annabelle Rama will soon be facing trial after prosecutors approved the filing of a cyberlibel case against her for allegedly maligning a businessman in her Instagram account.
In a resolution, the Las Piñas City Prosecutors' Office approved the filing of two counts of cyberlibel under Republic Act 10175 or the "Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012" following a complaint filed by Jake Joson whom Rama allegedly accused of stealing P140 million from former senator Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao.
