FRESH from its transition to a new leadership, the Bureau of Customs hit the ground running as it seized an estimated P18 million worth of smuggled onions at the Port of Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
The hot goods were consigned to Primex Export and Import Producer. The items were declared as tortilla wrap as shown in the inward foreign manifest.
