TABUK CITY: The provincial government of Kalinga donated P200,000 to the Abra provincial government to help the thousands of households affected by the earthquake that struck the province early Wednesday morning.
Gov. James Edubba stated that it is important for the province to extend whatever available assistance possible to a neighboring province, especially from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).
