DAVAO CITY: The National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) sided with former employees of Foodpanda Philippines and ruled that their dismissal from their work had been "illegal."
In a 31-page decision of NLRC Regional Arbitration Branch 11, Davao City, dated June 30, the NLRC ruled that the complainants' employment was illegally terminated.
