Death toll in Northern Luzon quake climbs to 10

THE number of deaths from the earthquake that struck Northern Luzon has risen to 10, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported Friday.

The NDRRMC said the bodies of four people earlier reported as missing following a landslide in Luba, Abra, had been recovered.
