THE Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Board of Trustees has elected Arnulfo "Wick" Veloso as the government pension fund's president and general manager.
During the turnover ceremony held at the GSIS Headquarters in Pasay City on Friday, Veloso was welcomed by outgoing GSIS chief Rolando Macasaet, other GSIS executives, and rank-and-file members.
