I DID not have the time to watch it as I was on two conference calls with clients not from the Philippines at the time. Thus, my reaction is to the policy recommendations but not the delivery or atmosphere. Others have done that, and I don't need to add to that type of commentary. There was a lot of substance and policy prescriptions which was good. Most of what he said were on issues that were as expected, it addressed the most pressing ones and challenges we are facing.

I agree with much of the policy prescriptions and take issue with some.
