PRESIDENT Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. has started consultation with his legal advisers on the government's campaign against illegal drugs, as well as the plan of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to reopen its probe into the alleged crimes against humanity committed by his predecessor.
The meeting in Malacañang was attended by Solicitor General Menardo Guevarra, Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin "Boying" Remulla, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Juan Ponce Enrile, Executive Secretary Victor Rodriguez, Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo and former Palace spokesman and international law expert Harry Roque Jr., as private counsel.
