EXPERTS called on President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. to draft a comprehensive Covid-19 exit plan that would harmonize the policies and initiatives outlined in his first State of the Nation Address.
"We need this plan over the next few months, it can be developed, and it should be the guide by stakeholders moving forward," OCTA Research founder Ranjit Rye said in a webinar organized by the Cardinal Santos Medical Center on Thursday.
