THE Isabela State University based in Region 2 (Cagayan Valley) has announced its new course offering in cultural education after ISU sealed a partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) in a virtual agreement signed earlier this month.
According to ISU, the Graduate Diploma in Cultural Education (GDCE) is a two-summer 24-unit eight subjects post-baccalaureate program divided into Level 1 and Level 2.
