BUDGET Secretary Amenah Pangandaman said the national government should continue to be in charge of carrying out significant infrastructure projects rather than local governments, which are allowed to do so under the Mandanas decision.
"Big infrastructure projects and big-ticket items should still be with the national government," she told reporters in an interview.
