TWO persons with pending warrants of arrest were collared by the police while attending the rally staged by the militant groups during the State of Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. in Davao City, Monday afternoon.
A report from the Philippine National Police Regional Command-11 said that the arrested persons were identified as Mawing Pangadas and Esmael Pangadas of Kamingawan, Barangay Palma-Gil, Talaingod, Davao del Norte. They have a warrant of arrest for violation Republic Act 9208 or the "Anti-Trafficking of Persons Act of 2003" dated June 7, 2022 issued by Judge Jimmy Bustillo Boco of the Regional Trial Court-11, Branch 2, Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
