THE National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) debunks the possibility of a tsunami occurring in parts of Northern Luzon after a 7.0-magnitude quake hit the province of Abra early Wednesday.
The NDRRMC identified these provinces as Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, la Union and Pangasinan.
