A DOCTOR said that a favorable court action on the petition against jabs for minors is vital amid Vice President Sara Duterte-Carpio's announcement allowing unvaccinated students to attend face-to-face classes.

A pharmacologist-toxicologist who testified on Tuesday at the resumption of the trial on the writ of injunction filed by some parents against Covid-19 vaccination for minors cited the need for a favorable court action to stop the use of the "experimental" vaccine.
