The Department of Health has released the guidelines for the administration of second booster shots for persons ages 50 and above and other persons with comorbidities ages 18 to 49.
This comes after the Food and Drug Administration expanded the emergency use authorization (EUA) for Pfizer Tozinameran and the Moderna Spikevax vaccines to be used as second booster shots in the expanded population groups.
