Magnitude 7.0 quake hits Abra, aftershocks, damage expected – Phivolcs

(UPDATE) A magnitude 7.0 earthquake hit the province of Abra on Wednesday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said as it expects aftershocks and damage to infrastructure from the strong tremor.
