Govt scrambles to assess quake damage as power outage hits Abra

THE government's first responders are scrambling to assess the damage and consolidate other reports as electricity and internet service in Abra have been cut off following the 7.3-magnitude tremblor traced from Lagangilang town.

The Police Regional Office-Cordillera (PRO-COR) Public Information Office shared they were also coordinating with their counterparts in the province but communication is sparse due to the power outage.
