China assures PH of assistance in disaster relief, others offer 'prayers'

CHINESE Ambassador to Manila Huang Xilian said his government is ready to help the Philippines in its disaster relief operations on areas badly damaged by the 7 magnitude earthquake that shook parts of Luzon Monday morning.

Huang turned to Twitter to extend China's offer of support to the Filipinos affected by the earthquake. 'Let us all stay safe.'
